There was a TIDE instrument reset on 12/18/04 at 02:59.  Software patches were
loaded and high voltage ramped on 12/21/04.

One of the spacecraft data recorders quit working on 12/17/04.  Because of that,
we are now getting only 18-22 hours of data per day.

There was some type of telemetry upset on the spacecraft at 03:05 on 01/04/05,
causing TIDE's science telemetry to be garbled.  TIDE's telemetry problem was
corrected at 16:24 when the spacecraft was commanded to science mode one.  MFE,
Hydra, TIMAS, and EFI were also effected by the upset.

There is a spacecraft instrument trim scheduled for 01/20/05.  TIDE high 
voltage will be turned off at 19:30 on 01/20.  The high voltage will be ramped
at 19:50 on 01/23.


Software:
---------

The separation/fill software was modified to include the option to correct the
spacecraft potentional.  Some preliminary results using a +2 V correction are
