tide_papco_v3.1.tar contains the latest version of the TIDE PAPCO module.  It
   is a slight modification of tide_papco_v3.0.  It corrects a problem plotting
   spectrogram plots that is seen when plotting very short time ranges.

tide_papco_v3.0.tar contains the latest version of the TIDE PAPCO module.  It
   uses the TIDE high time resolution CDF files as input.  It has improved the
   spectrogram plotting, added the option to plot orbit data from Polar orbit
   cdf files (see polar_orbit_v1.0), and added some slice features.  Some of 
   the TIDE h0 and h1 files are available via the CDAWeb.  Any others can be
   created by special request.  Send requests to peggy.sloan@msfc.nasa.gov.
   Note: the module is not completely debugged.  Problems should be reported 
   to peggy.sloan@msfc.nasa.gov.

tide_papco_v2.2.1.tar contains the latest version of the software that used the
   original TIDE papco text file.  It is the version of the code modified by
   SWRI.  This version is slightly different in that it does not allow the 
   plotting of ephemeris data - which eliminates a software bug if your site
   does not have that data.

polar_orbit_v1.0.tar is the software that reads and plots Polar orbit data from
   either the yymmddvv.cdf or po_or_pre_yyyymmdd_vvv.cdf file.  It will also 
   add text data at the bottom of a plot.  To see how to add that option to
   your instrument module, install tide_papco_v3.0 (see instructions below),
   edit any of the p*pro files in /papco_xx/papco_modules/polar_tide/plot_read,
   and search on 'orbit' 


To add a new module to your PAPCO site:

 -  delete or rename the papco_xx/papco_modules/<module_name> directory with all
    its subdirectories

 -  copy the latest tar file to the papco_xx/papco_modules directory 

 -  use the command 'tar xvf <tar_filename>' to add the module to your local
    PAPCO site.
